It’s been a turbulent few weeks as we deal with this Coronavirus Pandemic. Like many, we’ve been following COVID-19 updates closely, and know the importance of keeping strong communication. Amid the developments and uncertainty, we want to reassure you:
We’re still doing what we do best – printing (digital, offset and wide format), mailing and fulfillment.
Our schedules are extra flexible, our hand-washing and sanitation follow best practices, and we’re committed to making sure that we do everything we can to support and accommodate our team, our customers, and community members through the coming days and weeks.
To preserve the health and safety of our team (and by extension, our wider community) our employees are working from home as much as possible, working flexible hours, and we are fully equipped to support you during these difficult upcoming months. We’re still taking orders, producing work for you, and are available by phone, email and text. Please continue using your usual method of reaching any of us.
In the meantime, here are a few ways to stay connected with us:
- Emailed orders or jobs coming through the FTP site will be produced in a timely manner.
- If you need to communicate with us our telephone is open, we’re answering emails and texts and inquiries from our website.
We’ll all get through this together. B&B appreciates your understanding and cooperation and will continue to be focused on providing the support you need throughout this difficult period
