JOB TITLE: Sales/Account Manager
Department: Sales
Shift: Day Shift, Full Time

JOB SUMMARY –

BB Print Source, an award-winning print, mail, graphics, and packaging company based in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/Account Manager to join our team. While experience in brand management, print and graphics is beneficial, we are primarily looking for individuals with a strong drive, marketing, and sales experience. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, delivering high-quality outcomes, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities
• Drive sales through effective prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities
• Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their print, branding, and packaging requirements
• Collaborate with the production and creative teams to ensure client projects are delivered to the highest quality and within the specified timelines
• Provide exceptional account management, including accurate and timely order processing, pricing negotiations, and handling customer inquiries
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify sales opportunities and potential areas for business growth

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good understanding of print, branding, and packaging industry trends is a plus, but not mandatory
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not necessary depending on experience
