If you mail catalogs, promotions, fundraising appeals, or multi-wave campaigns, there’s a long stretch of USPS mailing discounts running from this Fall all the way through next year. That means you can save on postage for months at a time while keeping your message in front of your audience.
At B&B Print Source, we help you qualify for these incentives by managing the creative, printing, and the sometimes tricky USPS registration process. All you need to do is decide when and what to mail—we’ll make sure it earns the savings.
Mailing Discounts Running Fall 2025
From September through the end of this year, you can use:
Continuous Contact – 3% savings
Through Dec. 31, 2025. Save when you reach the same audience more than once in a campaign—ideal for seasonal offers, reminders, and donor drives.
Reply Mail IMbA – 3% or 6% savings
Through Dec 31, 2025. Earn 3% with basic barcode tracking, or 6% if each reply piece has a unique code. Great for donation forms, surveys, or reply-to-order pieces.
First-Class Mail Advertising – 3% savings
Sept. 1–Dec. 31, 2025. For time-sensitive mailings, such as invitations, last-minute offers, or high-value promotions.
Catalog Insights – 10% savings
Oct 1, 2025–Jun 30, 2026 (registration starts Aug 15, 2025). Applies to bound catalogs with at least 12 pages showing products or services, images, and ordering details. Add-Ons That Boost Savings
Most promotions (except Reply Mail IMbA) allow you to stack up to two extra discounts:
- Sustainability Add-On (+1%) — Choose certified sustainable paper.
- Informed Delivery Add-On (+1% to mailer + 0.5% credit to the eDoc submitter) — Add a digital preview that appears in USPS daily emails to consumers.
With Catalog Insights, these add-ons can be used through Dec 31, 2026—even after the main promotion ends.
Key 2026 Opportunities
In 2026, the discounts cut even deeper–in your favor. Stacking discounts will still be applicable next year, and you can save up to 12% in some cases.
- Integrated Technology – up to 5%
Add digital features like QR codes, AR triggers, AI-generated content, voice assistant prompts, mobile shopping elements, or video in print to your mail pieces.
Flexibility: Choose any six consecutive months in 2026 to run the campaign—great if your mailing bursts typically occur in spring or fall. You manage the schedule, not USPS, and combine high engagement with cost savings across a period you choose. - Tactile, Sensory & Interactive – 5%
Use engaging paper textures, metallic inks, pop-ups, added scent, zip-strips, die-cuts—anything that brings the mail to life.
Promotion window: Jan. 1 – June 30, 2026 (Registration opens Nov. 15, 2025). - Continuous Contact – 5%
Send a series of related mailings (targeting the same audience, with evolving content). The first one doesn’t qualify for the discount—but subsequent follow-ups do.
Campaign runs: April 1 – Dec. 31, 2026 (Register by Feb. 15, 2026). - First-Class Mail Advertising – 5%
Utilize First-Class Mail for marketing pieces during the holiday push or other key moments.
Promotion window: Sept. 1 – Dec. 31, 2026 (Registration begins July 15, 2026). - Catalog Insights – 5% in 2026
Continues from the 2025 program, but at a 5% discount for bound, 12-page+ catalogs.
